Participants were invited to make individual or joint commitments to help achieve the Agenda for Humanity. In addition, they were invited to align themselves to 32 core commitments developed for the 7 High-level Leaders’ Roundtables of the World Humanitarian Summit. - By 2020, the Global Give Back Circle's gender-based mentorship program aims to connect 4,000 needy and vulnerable girls to 4,000 women as mentors and accountability partners.

- The Global Give Back Circle commits to mentor/empower and provide training to 100 young women with deep interest in public policy in Africa. The aim is to increase the number of women in public service and policy work in target countries over the next 3 years.

- Empower Women and Girls as change agents and leaders, including by increasing support for local women's groups to participate meaningfully in humanitarian action.

- Ensure universal access to sexual and reproductive health and reproductive rights as agreed in accordance with the Programme of Action of the International Conference on Population and Development and the Beijing Platform for Action and the Outcome documents of their review conferences for all women and adolescent girls in crisis settings.

Eliminate gaps in education for children, adolescents and young people

- Through its annual Educate HER Parade, Global Give Back Circle commits to raise funds to support tertiary education of 100 girls every year from West Pokot, Kenya who have been rescued from Female Genital Mutilation and early marriages. Its first parade in 2015 raised USD $78,000. In 2016 it aims to raise at least USD $100,000 as more funds means more women getting access to quality education and life skills training such as reproductive health, financial literacy and entrepreneurship.
