The Platform for Action, Commitments and Transformation (PACT) is a dynamic advocacy tool and central hub for all stakeholders to advance the Agenda for Humanity. Participants were invited to make individual or joint commitments to help achieve the Agenda for Humanity. In addition, they were invited to align themselves to 32 core commitments developed for the 7 High-level Leaders’ Roundtables of the World Humanitarian Summit. Each stakeholders commitments are organized by commitment type in the table below.

- Recognising the potentially transformative power of multi-sectoral humanitarian cash transfers, Vodafone endeavours to bring innovative solutions and expertise to transformative projects that lead to enhanced cash programming in humanitarian contexts. In particular, Vodafone supports commitments made at the summit to cooperate on 1) data identity and data protection, 2) to work on principles for public- private engagement in humanitarian digital payments and 3) to collaborate on cash feasibility studies.
