Participants were invited to make individual or joint commitments to help achieve the Agenda for Humanity. In addition, they were invited to align themselves to 32 core commitments developed for the 7 High-level Leaders’ Roundtables of the World Humanitarian Summit. - Strengthening transparency and collaboration in decision-making, the Start Network membership's collaborative fund allocation and project selection decision will be made transparent through the Start Network's website in 2016, which will also enable live tracking of Start Fund decisions and learning. In the same year, Start Network members will test an innovative pilot to enable more efficient, accountable and transparent decisions about funding for crisis response, using blockchain technology.
