Participants were invited to make individual or joint commitments to help achieve the Agenda for Humanity. In addition, they were invited to align themselves to 32 core commitments developed for the 7 High-level Leaders’ Roundtables of the World Humanitarian Summit. Each stakeholders commitments are organized by commitment type in the table below.

- The International Association of Professionals in Humanitarian Assistance and Protection (PHAP) commits to empower capable and informed professionals in the context of humanitarian action to understand, promote, engage with, and contribute to the ongoing development of international humanitarian law, international human rights law, and refugee law, where applicable, by organising relevant professional development activities at all levels of humanitarian practice, informed by monitoring of relevant trends and challenges; fostering new perspectives on critical humanitarian issues by identifying emerging dilemmas and debates, providing a neutral platform where experienced humanitarian practitioners and others can speak in their individual professional capacity, and contributing evidence to inform policy discussions; and supporting humanitarian practitioners to manage instability, strain, and risk, so that they may be as effective as possible in fulfilling their humanitarian aims.
