The Platform for Action, Commitments and Transformation (PACT) is a dynamic advocacy tool and central hub for all stakeholders to advance the Agenda for Humanity. At the 2016 World Humanitarian Summit, stakeholders pledged commitments to bring about change to better serve people in crisis. On an annual basis, stakeholders self-report on progress in implementing their commitments.
