New Way of Working will help reduce needs, says UN chief

United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres has re- emphasized the need to commit to the New Way of Working to reduce humanitarian needs over the medium to long-term. Addressing a high-level event on 28 January, held as part of the African Union Summit, in, Addis Ababa, he noted, “a New Way of Working… will usher in stronger partnerships and better results in our collective interventions in the areas of development, humanitarian assistance, peace and security.”
