  • The Compact for Young People in Humanitarian Action

What concrete actions have you taken in support of the initiative.

Refugee and displaced children and youth face a lack of permanence, inadequate support or basic services, and uncertainty over their future. This pervades all aspects of their lives, hindering their sense of belonging, their sense of self-worth and their agency. Life skills development and meaningful participation are a priority for Right To Play. Its projects use the power of play to build life skills and create supportive environments for children to become active agents of change. Children who are empowered can play an important role in shaping the knowledge, behaviors and practices in their family, community and society.
