Centre for Humanitarian Data
What concrete actions have you taken in support of the initiative.
The UN Secretary-General opened the new Centre for Humanitarian Data in The Hague in the Netherlands in December 2017. The Centre is located in the newly established Humanity Hub in The Hague. The Netherlands supports and works closely together with the Centre and its partners, working towards better use of data for more informed decision making in fragile contexts.

The Global Alliance for Humanitarian Innovation
What concrete actions have you taken in support of the initiative.
The Netherlands continued to financially support the Global Alliance for Humanitarian Innovation (GAHI) in 2017, aiming to foster innovative approaches in the humanitarian sector. The Netherlands also worked toward linking GAHI with other innovative initiatives to foster synergies.
